When you create a share link, recipients can access the shared file. Share pages are designed to be private and are marked noindex.

Files remain stored until you delete them (or your account is removed), subject to abuse/security investigation needs and legal obligations.

We apply access controls and authenticated access to stored content. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
